Adam Ciuhak, President of the Board

Adam is a Masters graduate of Szkoła Główna Handlowa in Warsaw. He has several years experience in the finance and accounting profession, as well as management and Polish and foreign capital groups and also in the area of implementation of structural changes in the company.

Adam Ciuhak is licensed as a tax advisor in Poland, number 6929. He specializes in strategic management, the restructuring of companies and the entry of foreign companies into Polish market and those from Poland that want to be present internationally.

He is responsible for all operational activities, communication with clients and overall development of the Company. He also supervises special tax projects as well as corporate finance. He runs special finance seminars for management staff.

Dr Krzysztof Ciuhak, Vice President, Director of Business Development

Dr Krzysztof Ciuhak is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has an extensive experience in the area of civil engineering, specialized construction consulting as well as financing and managing EU funding projects.

Krzysztof Ciuhak holds a degree of civil engineering in the area of hydro-technical constructions and a doctorate of technical science in the area of civil constructions of the Warsaw University of Technology. His doctorate thesis were nominated in the annual competition of Gabriel Narutowicz. He has been working for 3 years as a adjunct at the Department of Civil Engineering and Environment of Helsinki University of Technology and took part in a project sponsored by the EU program – Improvement of the Human Research Potential and a Social-Economic Knowledge.

Adjunct at the ŁódŸ University of Technology, Civil Construction Department as well as Vice President of the Polish Committee of Geotechnics - ŁódŸ Division. Responsible for the Business Development of Grupa Strategia as well as contacts with customers. Supervises specialized projects related to civil constructions (construction expertise), real estate as well as projects financed by the EU funding.

Marek Ciuhak, Vice President, CFO

Marek Ciuhak is a graduate of Economics Department of Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). He has a broad experience in the area of finances and accounting

As the Chief Financial Officer of the Group he is responsible for the finance management and planning as well as development in this area.
